Profile- Steve Ambrosius and a partner started Bayland Buildings in 1991.  The goal back then was to give customers a seamless experience, make sure quality was never compromised and to grow the company.  Well a few years went by and Steve purchased the company outright and took full control as President and CEO.  As the President of Bayland Buildings, Steve instilled the same goals that helped get this company started; customer satisfaction and quality.  Now 23 years later, Bayland Buildings has grown to a leader in the design build arena with yearly revenue exceeding $60M.

We are structured for success -Over 23 years of experience has provided Bayland Buildings, Inc. the formula to guarantee our customers their building projects will be completed on time and in budget.  We currently employ over 150 dedicated people and have an in-house design department that includes a licensed structural engineer, a licensed architect, architectural designers and interior design services.  We also have a full time in-house permit coordinator that deals with the municipalities for all site plan approvals and building permits.  In addition, we self-perform our own concrete foundation and flatwork, rough and finish carpentry, steel fabrication and erection.  This total project integration allows us to accurately control our projects, timeliness and guarantees our work and ultimately your investments.
